TMH lost a high scoring U16 championship final to Maynooth last year, but I was very impressed with TMH midfield diamond. It would seem these lads maybe are minor again next year

I was at the Celbridge Moorefield game in moorefield and Celbridge didnt play Brophy , O'Flynn , Keegan , Heeney or Feehan so they were missing 5 starters i dont think anyone will be worrying to much about moorefield come championship. Realistically it will be between Celbridge , Athy and Kilcock with Maynooth and Towers in the mix also.

Have to agree with kildarehead101. Still sticking with Kilcock though. There's a good chance Celbridge will prove me wrong...

That's true but then again no one backed castledermot last year shows how unpredictable it can be

@Hometeam what are you talking about TMH did not play us (Monasterevan) in the semi final ?? so you couldnt of seen us playin them in it.. and yes TMH used to be a part of St.Oliver Plunketts but noty anymore same as RTobertstown not being a part of Na Fianna

Hometeam , I have a sneaky feeling Oliver Plunketts might pull off a shock tomorrow. Was at the Semi v Monasterevin and gotta say the more balanced team won out. Going forward Plunketts are quick and dangerous and play fast attacking football. They drew with THM in round 1 of the league. Should have beaten THM that day. Beat a fancied Monasterevin team twice in the league and the semi. I gotta say there has been a very high standard of football in Div 3. If thats a reflection of the standard of football in the county then there are nothing but good days ahead for Kildare football. I have to single out Wayne Fitzpatrick as one of the most talented footballers I have seen in a long time and a level headed chap to boot. He is one where the reality matches the hype.

Did I read somewhere that Fitzpatrick kicked 11 points that Day against Plunkets, blueboy10 ? If so I hope he kept another 6 or 7 for the Louth match, we might need them all.

Whatever the results tomorrow we're in for two good games.I agree 100%with you about the standard at minor level, apart from the top 3 or 4 teams in div 1,there's nothing between the rest of them.take the div 4 final last week, both teams would hold their own in div 2.Am I right in sayn rathangans RHB Lawlor is still under 15 and ennis for Robertstown is under 16?maybe that's the difference, the younger lads are not just making up the numbers.and yes fitzy is out on his own

Hi BrowningIRL, just back from TMH V Oliver Plunketts Tmh won comprensensively, not a true reflection on Oliver Plunketts league campaign, they had a massive game against Monsterivan TMH gave Kilcullen (who were unbeaten in league) a hammering in semi-final and then did the same to Oliver- Plunketts today, considering TMH were in div 1 at U16 what are they doing in DIV 3. they have 3 county players and oliver plunketts have none,,,, something wrong !! look like from a neutral point of view that TMH bring in the big guns for the semis and final,, no one learn't anything from that match today.... county board have a lot to answer to.. same last week robertstown v ratangan in DIV 4!!!!

Castledermot 1-18 Leixlip 3-11.cracking game.backs up earlier posts about the standard of football at this level.have to say castledermot were deserved winners.tone was leixlips danger man but castledermots FF Murphy was outstanding, kicked some lovely scores and I believe he has a few years left at minor.anyone know do both teams go to A championship?
