Thanks Tomás

(Oldest Posts First)

Just read that Tomas has called it a day, what a player, there will be no one like him to grace our field for manys a day, there was nothing nicer than seeing Tomas in full flight, everyone has their own memory, mine is in the Munster Final in Cork in 2004, the game was level it was a blistering hot day Declan had got a great goal in the second half time was almost up and Tomás goes on a burst and plants one over the black spot from 45 yards or so out to win it...

I've had many a happy occasion in Cork and Dublin on account for your and the Kerry teams displays over the years thanks a million Tomás and I wish you evry sucess in your venture into Management.

It always felt like a privilege to watch Thomas O'Sé in full flight (and the other Kerry players over recent years).

Well done Thomas, and as a neutral - thanks for the memories!

Congrats to Tomas on a magnificent career with Kerry. A joy to watch even though often our hearts were broken that he was so good. You can definitely look back with no regrets.

He'd 85 to the end of 2012. 5 to 7 more for 2013 possibly?

After his darting raids, he'd bound back to his defensive duties like a fox making his way back to his burrow, after creating mayhem in the hen house.

Thanks Tomas for so many wonderful memories down the years. You always gave your all in a Kerry shirt. You gave more to our great county as a sportsman than the so called over paid soccer players worldwide. Enjoy your retirement as you certainly earned it.
