Why could we not have played a round of Div1/2 league this weekend?

I wouldn't object to no league games two weeks before they Wicklow game. I reckon depending on how it does we could see a situation where we have a Saturday, Wednesday and a Saturday again league games

took in a division 3 game at the weekend, my word the standard of refereeing is shocking

if a ref takes abuse from the line then put the culprit into the stand, by doing nothing and a quiet word doesnt help and it flows onto the pitch and the players which in this game it did

has to be a zero tolerance approach

Gortletteragh are dire this year , will be in division two next year and will do very well to avoid relegation in the senior championship too. Ballinamore are motoring well so far too

Marys Leitrim Gaels Mohill all picking up wins last night. Ned's throwing the game now means that point difference can't be used in the league, was this tactical by the Ned's management?
Gortletteragh gave St Marys a good game, when they have full team out they are a match for anyone.

Aughasheelin should face a stiff penalty but with Terence at they helm nothing will happen. It's no excuse all rural clubs get lads together to play games so why should Aughasheelin be any different?

Mohill and Ballinamore look good for league final that was a great win for Ballinamore tonight they will be championship contenders I think. Aughawillan although won't reach league final coming into form for championship now. Gortletteragh, Allen Gaels, Fenagh and one of Aughnasheelin or Annaduff fir relegation.
In division 2 any reason why Drumreilly and Carrigallen wasn't played? Some teams have less games played than others but at the minute the top 4 looks like being Ballinaglera, Drumreilly, Dromahair and Drumkeerin .

Given the Willies have drawn against both B'more (after being on the end of a hammering) and Mohilll in the league, they'll be hard bet. If I was a betting man I'd be laying B'more I'm afraid.

Carrigallen doing Drumreilly a big favour beating Drumkeeran tonight. Should be Ballinaglera & Drumreilly in the final now barring a hiccup against Manor on Sunday with Drumreilly

Was in carrigallen on Wednesday just to see what the standard was. Very intense, close game and a huge crowd there. Drumkeerin don't look like they will be ending the championship famine anytime soon. Lots of men behind the ball. No McCauley there for some reason. Carrigallen looked fit and worked hard. They will be division 2 next season. Gary Reynolds head and shoulders above anyone on the field and by all accounts he has been head and shoulders above everyone in Div 2. Yet not gametime for leitrim and us trying everyone and his dog at 6 including some of the poorest players i've seen in a Leitrim jersey for many years. Drumreilly/Glera final. You would wonder where are drumkeerin going, however, they seem to be going round in circles the last few years.

McCauley injured I believe he was doing his own bit of running as they warmed on Wednesday evening. I felt Eoin Ward was they best player on the field. Daniel Lyons played well as a sweeper. Carrigallen look in good shape if I'm honest. Sidenote a few lads beside me where giving it large to Mulhern now I'm no angel at games but this is twice on Wednesday evenings they've been a disgrace

Why can't all league games be finished before the start of the championship? Shambles leaving one round of games to be played and then you have teams conceding games too. The county board are a joke to allow this happen year on year.

So Melvin Gaels and Annaduff can get a game refixed but when we asked they same to be done for they Carrigallen game you where told not possible and had to give away points? Double standards
