Hows your team looking? Will Michael McCannbe fit as well as CJ? Will newcomers like Dean O 'Neill and Mark Sweeney be given their chance?

I'm worried to be honest...CJ is injured, fingers crossed McCann is fit to play!Donegal have had a good league and are playing good,if somewhat unattractive football under Jim McGuinness, but ya never know, complacency could creep in and if we get early scores the belief and memory of 2009 will come flowing back and we could chin them! Aontroim abu!

Kevin brady deserves his place well ahead of cj mcgourty...kevin can win his own ball take a score and is an all round better team player cj hasnt really done it at the top level and with no league games behind him im afriad doesnt deserve his place on the team

Cj hasnt done it at the top level? He scored 1-9 for st galls in all ireland semi final. i dont know how many in the all ireland final. last year he came on after 20minutetes to score 0-4 from play. that is ludacris, if he was fit he would play. He hasnt played since the start of the mckenna cup.

its a pointless argument considering CJ will be out for the entire campaign. I think Brian Neeson should be considered, he came on against Donegal in the league to score a goal and a point and his club form has been impressive. Brady will probably get the nod but its food for thought...

Was talkin to Kevin McGourty today ,and unfortunately he starts on the bench only due to the knock he sustained in the Mayo game not havin cleared. Big loss.

Kevin Brady over the hill? Antrim's best forward against Kildare last year and has been one of the more consistant players throughout the league. Brady has a lot more in the tank to offer. And he'll lord it in Ballybofey!! He mightn't be the highest scoring corner forward and that's because he draws an extra defender creating space for someone else to shoot. Fantastic team player. CJ McGourty's great player but i feel Kevin Brady would do a better job. and McGourty (if he was fit) wouldn't have the sufficient game play for a match of Sunday's importance.

let's not start criticising the teams here lads. a bit of support to the boys going away on championship...i feel the minor team's as strong as it can be at the minute given availability of players and injuries. the boys have been performing well together and if Danny thinks they deserve a place on the team then that's why they're in there...mon the saffs

looks like it might be a three man midfield. glad to see tomas mccann at half forward id like to see him run with the ball more like he did two years ago with some great scores because paddy cant be doin it all himself. sweeney has yet to convince me but with that i wish him the best of luck. bit suprised sean burke didnt start i thought he played steady during the league but a good sub to have. Lets put Karl Lacey to the test because frankly i think he's overrated!
