Greville starts for Westmeath hurlers

February 26, 2010
Dual player Paul Greville will make his first start of the year for the Westmeath hurlers in Sunday's NHL Division 2 clash with Carlow at Dr Cullen Park.

The Raharney clubman has been named at left half back after lining out for Brendan Hackett's footballers in their opening two league games against Donegal and Armagh. He is one of two changes from the team which lost to Wexford last weekend with Killian Cosgrave also coming into the starting line-up.

Greville's inclusion in defence sees his clubmate John Shaw move to the '40' with Enda Loughlin reverting to midfield in place of Paddy Dowdall. Cosgrave's inclusion in attack comes at the expense of his Lough Lene Gaels colleague Derek McNicholas.

Westmeath (SH v Carlow): P Burke; G Gavin, D McCormack, E Price; A Price, A Mitchell (captain), P Greville; J Clarke, E Loughlin; A Dowdall, J Shaw, K Cosgrave; D Carty, B Murtagh, C Curley.
