SUNDAY CHICAGO HURLING PREVIEW St. Louis Travel to Gaelic Park to Meet the Michael Cusack H.C. This Sunday, July 19th, the Michael Cusack Hurling Club will take on visiting St. Louis. The match at Gaelic Park will start at 2:30pm. The two sides last met this past weekend at St. Louisís 2nd Gaelic Sports Festival. Both clubs finished on top of their respective pools and won their semi-final matches to meet for the coveted cup. St. Louis took advantage of being the home club and defeated the Cusacks with good scores and fresh legs. The subless yanks from Chicago showed their fatigue but battled to the very end. This Sunday should prove to be an entertaining match. St. Louis will be bringing both experience and skill. The club was founded in 2002 and was crowned with the National Junior C title in 2004 . Since their championship season they have continued their success making their appearance in the final and semi-finals an annual event. The Michael Cusacks will be expected to bring their full panel to Gaelic Park and emerge from the dressing room with the same hunger they displayed against Indianapolis three weeks ago. Being the newcomers, the Cusackís still have a lot to prove as they prepare for their championship run this Labor Day. This will be anyoneís match.
