Ros' duo facing hectic schedule

August 21, 2009
Roscommon dual players Mark Miley and Mark McLoughlin face a race against time to play in two big matches tomorrow. The duo are members of the Roscommon junior football team who are playing Cork in the All-Ireland final at 3pm in Portlaoise. But they are also due to line out for the Roscommon under 21 hurlers who face Monaghan in the All-Ireland 'B' semi-final at 7pm in Mullingar. "It will be very tight. At most, we'll have 15 minutes to spare," Miley told the Irish Daily Star. Miley, who is goalkeeper for the footballers and centre forward for the hurlers, is also due to line out for his club St. Dominic's in the county intermediate championship at 2pm on Sunday. McLoughlin is full back on both teams.
