Eoin Donnellan's injury-time free earned Longford a draw with neighbours Leitrim in Ballinamore.

Longford raced into an early four-point lead before Clement Cunniffe opened the home side's account from a '65. Leitrim shot five points without reply between the 16th and 24th minutes to level proceedings before Zac Moradi's 25th minute goal gave them a 1-9 to 0-7 lead at the break.

But with the wind behind them in the second half, the visitors battled back and a 13-point haul from Donnellan meant the spoils were shared.
