O'Dwyer transfr granted

Despite objections from Rathangan, Karl O'Dwyer's transfer to Round Towers was formally granted by the transfer committee on Tuesday, February 20 last.
The loss of the former All-Star comes as a huge blow to Rathangan whose decision to drop to intermediate football undoubtedly influenced O'Dwyer to seek a move. Rathangan should, however, be able to call on the services of Eoin Kennedy again this year after his attempt to transfer to last year's Intermediate champions Ellistown was turned down.
