Wexford manager Liam Dunne wasn't making an issue of Andrew Shore's early red card against Dublin, despite confessing to not seeing the incident involving Ryan O'Dwyer.

The centre back will miss next weekend's All-Ireland qualifier against Antrim at Wexford Park as a result of his dismissal after just six minutes of Saturday's Leinster SHC quarter-final replay in Parnell Park.

"To be honest, I'm a bit of an Arsene Wenger here because I didn't actually see it," Dunne said.

"I was up the other end. If I move down to that part of the field, I get fined. I didn't actually see it. In fairness, Andrew just said that the sun caught him and he pulled and caught your man (O'Dwyer).

"He's accepting it and it was (referee) Brian Gavin's decision and we'll get on with. I know how Andrew feels, by the way," the teak-tough 1996 All-Ireland winner jokingly added.
