Daly set for reappointment

Dublin manager Anthony Daly
Anthony Daly is expected to be reappointed to his post as Dublin senior hurling manager at next Monday night's county board meeting.
Daly, who has one year left in his current term, was believed to be uncertain about his future after the Dubs' shock All-Ireland SHC quarter-final defeat to Antrim, but he is now set to sit down with chairman Gerry Harrington in the coming days to discuss the matter.
"We'll have to wait and see what happens," Harrington told the Irish Daily Star.
"We need to sit down and talk to Anthony, though by Monday we would hope to know something. As far as I know he is away for a few days, but when he is back we will be meeting him."
If Daly's wish is to continue with the capital men, then he may seek to extend his term by another two years.
