Kilkenny stunned by sudden death of handballer
June 08, 2007
Kilkenny GAA is in mourning following the death on court of Eamon Law - one of the county's most gifted handballers.
One of the best right-side doubles players in Irish handball, Eamon won All-Ireland minor titles partnering DJ Carey in 1988 and '89.
The Mullinavat man won numerous more national titles down through the years, during the course of an illustrious playing career.
Eamon Law was also a superb hurler in his younger days and was an extremely popular family man and father of two young children.
The Mullinavat GAA club provided a Guard of Honour at the removal of one of their most famous sons, who was only 37 at the time of his premature passing.
