Can anyone tell me how the promotion/relegation etc between division 1a and 1b works this year?

Bottom 2 in 1a playoff, loser is relegated. If teams are level on points, head to head decides their positions.

Top two in 1b playoff in the 1b final. Winner is crowned 1b champion, gets promotion and goes into the semi finals of to play the team that came first in 1a. 2nd and 3rd in 1a make up the other semi final

I assume its top 2 in the league final for promotion in the other divisons?
