Just want to know how does the League work lads....are the top two teams in each division Hurling and Football due to play a Final with one team (the winner) to go up....can some one put me straight

Top two in each division get promoted and play in the final of that division

in the hurling top 2 go to final but only one teams gets relegated and promoted (winners division 2) in football bottom two get relegated while top two get promoted and contest final
