O'Byrne Cup games off in Leinster
January 07, 2010
The harsh weather is playing havoc with GAA fixtures.
Leinster Council has followed suit with their Connacht colleagues by calling off all this weekend's fixtures due to the cold freeze.
Due to the current weather conditions, and the weather forecast for the weekend, the provincial body decided to postpone all eight games in the first round of the O' Byrne Cup which were scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday.
These games have been re-arranged for the following weekend at the same venues and starting times.
