Barry receives high praise

Wexford dual star Redmond Barry has been lauded for his efforts in overcoming a mishap with his car and the worry over his recovery from a broken jaw to star for UCD's hurlers.
Barry was on the way to Parnell Park for last weekend's Dublin SHC final when his car broke down and only just made the journey from Wexford to Donnycarney in time for the match.
UCD selector Dave Billings praised Barry for his commitment to the cause.
"Some people say students aren't committed but there's a prime example for you.
"Redmond did everything to make sure he made it up for the game.
"He came off the bench then on Sunday, and despite playing his first game since breaking his jaw, he was tremendous and showed that he has lost none of his ability.
