Speculation that Roscommon football star Frankie Dolan was about to return to his former club St. Brigid's has been quashed. It had been rumoured that the corner forward was on his way back to St. Brigid's, but it has since emerged that he has decided to stay with Ballymahon. Dolan is something of a hero in Ballymahon after inspiring them to their first ever county senior championship success last year. Ballymahon were managed last season by his uncle Dessie Dolan snr.
