Skryne 2-9 Ballinlough 1-10

After suffering a round 2 defeat to neighbours Seneschalstown Skryne got their hoganstand.com Meath SFC Group A campaign back on track with this hard fought narrow win over Ballinlough in ideal conditions at Lomans Park Trim.

Again Skryne made a blistering start and got their second goal through Mark Battersby in the opening minute of the second half. Points from O'Rourke and Conor O'Brien had Skryne 2 to the good 2-4 to 0-8 midway through the half.
