Kieran Kingston is set to complete Jimmy Barry-Murphy's Cork hurling management team.

The Tracton clubman will join Ger Cunningham, Johnny Crowley and Seanie McGrath in the new set-up. Kingston won Munster and All-Ireland hurling medals with the Rebels in 1986, and has been heavily involved in coaching in his club.

Kingston, Barry-Murphy, Cunningham and Barry-Murphy will be in Croke Park on Sunday where they will be honoured 25 years on from the '86 All-Ireland final victory over Galway. The new management is expected to be ratified when the Cork county board meets next Tuesday night. Tweet
