Cavan's Seanie Johnston
Attacking ace Seanie Johnston says he's happy to be back wearing the Cavan colours after briefly being omitted from the panel. The Cavan Gaels clubman was axed by manager Donal Keogan after travelling to the US instead of playing in the qualifiers last year but was welcomed back into the Breffni Blue camp after issuing an apology. The free-scoring forward impressed in the NFL opener against Armagh and now has his sights set on neighbours Monaghan. "I got asked back and I was happy enough to come back," he says. "We were going well and training is going well. Decisions were made and I suppose things were said in the heat of the moment. "It's all turned out for the best. I'm back in and going well, so I'd like to think we'd improve."
