Dublin camogie notes

· The draws for the 5 divisions of Dublin Camogie Féile na nGael 2012 took place in Parnell Park on Monday night, 23 April. Check dublincamogie.ie for details.

· The Dublin Camogie Féile na nGael finals 2012 will be played in Parnell Park on Sunday, 27th May 2012. Our thanks to Dublin GAA for the use of Parnell Park.

· The 42nd Féile na nGael will take place in Dublin on the 5th, 6th and 7th July and is expected to be one of the most anticipated and exciting children's sporting events of the year.

· The National Féile na nGael 2012 groupings were chosen on Thursday evening, 26th April at Dublin GAA Headquarters in Parnell Park. Check www.dublinfeile2012.gaa.ie for details. Dublin Junior Camogie goalkeeper Stephanie Carthy and Dublin hurling 'keeper Alan Nolan attended the draw along with senior members of the National Féile Committee, the GAA and Camogie.

· One night Referees' Refresher Course is being held on Monday 30 April in Naomh Peregrine clubhouse at 8pm, hosted by Paul Beecher and Donal Ryan. The last of the current series of referees' courses will take on Tuesday 1 May and Tuesday 8 May in Cuala clubhouse starting at 8pm on both evenings. Hosted by Derek Oman. Our thanks to Derek, Paul and Donal for the dedication and expertise while running the Referees' courses over the last 2 months. · Referees have been reminded to include details of all incidents of abuse that may occur during games when filing their reports. Reports containing details of abuse will be forwarded to the THDC. See Rule 44.1.2 of Official Rule Book for sanctions. Clubs are responsible for the behaviour of their players, mentors and supporters.

· Please not that an underage player must be over 15 years of age (i.e. born before 1 January 1996) before they can play on any adult team. Rule 28.4 of the Official Rule Book deals with sanctions arising from infringements.

· Because of the restructuring of all of our adult leagues in 2012 play offs all league games and any back matches in divisions 3, 4, 5 & 6 must be up to-date by Thursday 10th May. Top 4 / Bottom 4 play-off schedule will be notified to all clubs on Friday 11th May and games will commence on Tuesday 15th May.
