Kerry 0-14

Limerick 0-7

Kerry will contest the Munster U20FC decider once again after coming through this evening's semi-final at a cold and wet Mick Neville Park.

Under the guidance of former Laois boss John Sugrue, the Kingdom saw off a spirited performance by Limerick to set up a home final with holders and rivals Cork in seven days' time.

Half forward line trio Paul Walsh, Patrick Darcy and Killian Falvey were responsible for all of the winners' first half scores as they led 0-6 to 0-3 at the break having struggled to get to grips with Treaty County midfield pair Rory O'Brien and James Cummins.

Kerry improved after the break and raced into a 0-10 to 0-5 lead by the 40th minute mark with Walsh and Falvey again prominent.

Limerick, though, refused to throw in the towel and impressive no. 8 O'Brien kicked a point to keep them ticking over.

Captain Paul O'Shea and substitute Sean Quilter closed out the scoring for Kerry who can look forward to a clash with the Rebels at Austin Stack Park.
