Mickey Harte was delighted with Tyrone's second half display against Galway.

Trailing by 0-7 to 1-11 at the interval, the Red Hands turned it around after the restart to chalk up their fourth win on the trot and deny Galway a place in the Allianz League final in the process.

"I felt at half-time the scoreline didn't reflect how much we were in the game," the Tyrone manager said in the Irish Daily Star.

"There were a few aspects of our game that were killing us. Two aspects were our kick-outs and their kick-outs. Apart from that, we were creating chances in the first half as well. And goal chances too and didn't take them.

"Even though the score was pretty poor for us, I still felt this was a winnable game given the strength of the breeze that was there. It was going to be important to get the early scores and get back into contention quickly and get back within a few points. After that, I think our players excelled and pushed on with a few points to spare."
