Positive update on Conlon injury

The injury sustained by Clare All-Star John Conlon in today’s Allianz HL Division 1A victory over Wexford is not as bad as first feared.
Conlon had posted 1-1 against the Model County before having to be helped off the field in the last minute of normal time.
The Clare management has revealed that he went over on his ankle and the injury is “not as serious as first thought”.
