Dunedin Connolly's (Scotland) 1-9
Rosenallis (Laois) 1-6
Dunedin Connolly's struck a blow for the GAA in Scotland by getting the better of Leinster champions Rosenallis in today's All-Ireland club JFC quarter-final at Granton Road, Edinburgh.
Cormac O'Gara's charges, who were crowned All-Britain champions following an extra-time victory over John Mitchel's of Liverpool, are just 60 minutes away from an All-Ireland final at Croke Park after this deserved victory.
Leading by 0-6 to 0-2 at half-time, they were pegged back by Ronan Murray's goal after the restart, but Frank Molloy replied with a similar score to put them 1-7 to 1-4 up and they never looked back after that.
