Redmond Barry's 36th minute goal sent St. Anne's on their way to an 11-point victory over Castletown in a one-sided Wexford SFC final at Wexford Park.
The county star finished the game with a personal tally of 1-8, with 1-2 coming from open play. The winners made their intentions known as early as the third minute when Mark Furlong raised the first green flag after being set up by Liam Og McGovern.
They went on to lead by 1-6 to 0-4 at the break before wrapping up victory six minutes after the restart when McGovern prised open the Castletown defence before laying off to Barry, who planted the ball in the top right hand corner of the net.
