Rathnew Club Notes

All adult membership is now overdue. Bobby will be in the clubhouse every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm collecting money.

With the season starting for all teams any club gear can be bought on the Rathnew shop on the O'Neill's website or just follow the link on our Facebook page.

There was no winner of the lotto jackpot on the 11th March. Juvenile registration is on in the club house this Friday 7pm until 9pm and Saturday 11am to 1pm. Coaches will be in touch with membership details.

The 2019 Kellogg's cul camp dates have been released. Rathnew will be hosting it the week starting the 12th of August. It's always a brilliant week for the kids so book early on kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie or follow the link on our Facebook page.

All coaches in the club have to be Garda vetted. It can be done online through the Gaa.ie website or follow the link on our Facebook page. It only takes a few minutes to complete.

The fundraising committee are holding a poker classic in Doyle's on Good Friday 19th April and also an Easter raffle with sponsor cards for all kids. These will to handed out at training.

Good luck to u14 girls in the feile qualifiers on Saturday. They had a good win over An Tochar in a challenge game last week. If any new girls from age 8 upwards would like to give Gaa a go training is on every Tuesday at 7pm or contact Katrina 0878837577.

Well done to both the senior and intermediate teams on good wins over the weekend. The seniors defeating Hollywood 1-10 to 0-3 on Sunday morning while the intermediates beat Ballinacor on Saturday evening 2-12 to 1-12. 

Good luck to Ciaran Coffey and the rest of the Wicklow schools team in the Leinster post primary schools final on Wednesday night 20th against Naas in Parnell park.

The minors are playing Eire Og at home on Sunday at 1pm in the league.

All in the club send its condolences to the McNabb family Woodside on the sad passing of Margret who passed away last week. May she rest in peace.
