First half goals from Wayne O'Gorman and Christy Moorehouse sent Wicklow on the road to victory against Armagh in Aughrim.
The Garden County overcame a slow start to go in at the break with a 2-7 to 0-9 lead after O'Gorman and Moorehouse struck for the goals within a minute of each other.
Armagh put up a strong fight in the second half, however, and the hosts had to rely on late points from Daniel Staunton and Mickey Lee (two frees) to make sure of the points.
