Kilbride Ladies are County Final Bound!!!

 

Well done to this gallant group of girls who came out smiling after a mighty battle with neighbours Blessington on Wednesday evening. Wintery conditions made the game a tougher task but still didn’t hamper the level of skill and football displayed by both teams. The second half performance from Blessington pushed Kilbride all the way but again the defensive effort from the girls in blue was massive and required to get the win. Further up the field, Kilbride registered 8 names on the scorecard to complete another all round team performance. Thanks to the supporters that came out in such miserable weather to cheer them on. There’s still one last day out in 2019 for you to support the girls! #CillBhrideAbu

Men’s Football:

 

The men’s team played their fourth championship match v Blessington last Sunday and bowed out of the competition for 2019 on a scoreline of 0-11 to 5-15.    The final group match versus Valleymount is fixed for a few weeks.

Juvenile training continues in Blessington at 6.30PM.
