Ladies Football

 

The Kilbride ladies team played their first competitive match Sunday gone and lost by a single point. Kilbride 1-08 Rathnew 2-06

 

The girls played excellent. Katherine Ward and Loriel Higgins in particular. Hitting the post, a couple of times, overall the team were very unlucky not to win. Well done to Rathnew.  Next game is next weekend vs An Tóchar, time to be confirmed. Scorers: Niamh Connolly 1-02, Lauren McDonald 0-04, Aoife McGowan 0-02.

 

Men’s Football:

 

The men’s team play at home this Saturday at 5PM, v Ashford.  Please support.

 

Training continues Tuesday and Thursday, 7.30PM.  Next match is Home to Ashford, Saturday the 20th of April at 5PM.

 

Junior C League commences this Thursday, away to Donard-The Glen at 7.30PM.  Paul Tisdall is taking the helm this year.  We will him and the team the very best.

 

Club Membership is currently being collected contact Diarmuid or any committee member.

Juvenile Training Continues…

 

Training continues pitch every Monday at 6.30PM.  Please bring membership fees and completed registration forms.

The Under 11’s take on Kiltegan this Wednesday in Kilbride, at 7PM (time to be confirmed).

Donal Gahan is gathering names and players for an Under 14’s girls’ team, so any girls born in 2005, 2006, 2007 please contact Donal on 087 979 2354.
