Congratulations to all involved with Wicklow Schools. On Saturday in Abbottstown Wicklow Schools prevailed over St Pats Navan having been down at half time: St Pats Navan 0-05 Wicklow Schools 0-02. With a strong second half performance the final score: Wicklow schools 1-06 St Pats Navan 0-05. Well done to our own Patrick O'Keane and Padge McWalter (Selector). We all wish Patrick O'Keane a speedy recovery to full health in time for the Leinster final.

Congratulations to all involved with Wicklow County Senior Hurlers who had an excellent result in Derry. Full time score: Derry 0-16 Wicklow 2-16. With Kildare defeating Down it means Wicklow play Derry in the league final next week. Great to see our own Andy O'Brien back on the score sheet again. Let the powers that be get the League Final played in Croke Park for our Hurlers!

 

Hard Luck to all involved with the Wicklow County Senior Footballers who hosted near neighbours Wexford in Saturday's Allianz Football League game especially our own Captain Dean Healy who gave a man of the match performance and Stephen Duffy. Final Score: Wicklow 0-09 Wexford 0-12.

 

Hard luck to all involved with the Wicklow County Senior Ladies who made the long trip to Sligo on Sunday the league. Full time score: Sligo 1-16 Wicklow 0 -12 especially our own - Captain Niamh McGettigan Sarah Delahunt, Clodagh Fox, Kate Hennessy, Saoirse O’Reilly, Megan Dunne and Erynn O Brien.

Well done to all the supporters who all made it back safely despite the wintry weather conditions.

All club coaches who are involved with teams from U7 - U17 in Hurling & Football must wear the Give Respect Get Respect Bibs when coaching from the sideline during 2019. 

 

It is that time of year again when membership is due. Please pay your membership and get your 2019 car sticker - 2019 Membership car sticker - Co.Senior Football champions 2018.

It’s that time of year again and organisation for this year’s Darkness into Light in Wicklow Town on May 11 has started. Registration will go live on February 20th.
