DLBC Community Games

An information evening followed by AGM and registration for 2020 DLBC Community Games will be held next Wednesday evening 20th November in BallInagore NS at 8.15pm. The DLBC Committee ask that all parents who wish to register a child for the CG events attend and register for the year 2020, (cost €5). Thank you. 

 

Community Development

We have been allocated €75,000 Sports Capital Grant towards construction of our New Community Hall / Club House in Castletown . This is allocated under the CTG Hurling Club umbrella. It is the biggest Sports Capital Grant in Westmeath/ Longford this year and is a direct result of all of the fundraising efforts ye all put in during the Night in Hollywood event last year . Well done to everyone who got involved and in particular to Martin Daly & Damien Grennan who are driving the grant applications.
Also well done to Damien and Dysart National School Principal, Natasha Miskella, who secured over 2k in funding for Dysart National School through St. Malachys GFC.
