November 09, 2010The whole community in Ballyduff Lower was saddened to hear of the death of Mr. Tony Kirwan, late of Knockaderry. Tony is one of our Club Presidents, and was a great servant to Ballyduff Lower GAA club throughout his lifetime including serving as chairman for a number of years. His two sons Patrick and Michael currently play with our Junior team and are also great supporters of the club.
We would like to express our deepest sympathies to his wife Gertrude, sons Patrick and Michael, his brother John Kirwan, sisters Brenda Foley and Maureen Lawlor and all other relatives. May he rest in peace.
