Deise to miss out on 10 for Dubs' date
February 16, 2010
Waterford hurling boss Davy Fitzgerald has confirmed that he'll be without ten first-choice players for this Sunday's NHL clash against visitors Dublin.
Eoin Kelly and Eoin McGrath are definitely out of the reckoning for this weekend's fixture through suspension while Shane O'Sullivan (hip) and SHane Casey (hamstring) miss out through injury.
In addition six players - Tony Browne, Ken McGrath, Dan Shanahan, Eoin Murphy, John Mullane and Seamus Prendergast - have been handed extended time off to allow them be in peak condition for the blue riband championship games.
On a more positive note, 2009 joint-captain Stephen Molumphy is expected to make his competitive return to the county team after appearing as a half-time sub in last weekend's challenge game with Cork.
