A strong 2-18 to 1-7 win Thursday over a gallant and determined but unlucky St. Barnabas side has the Donegal NY Junior team sitting on a long break before a Semi-Final against an opponent to be decided September 5th. They sit atop the table awaiting the result of Monaghan's tie with Tyrone, where a win or draw will put Donegal back to second. It's the third in a row into the Semi-Final and "third time lucky" is on their supporters minds. The Tir Chonaill lads finished with an 8 - 1 record and by total points of 172 to 99.
