Sigersons/Shamrocks 500 Club Draw;

The 2019 Sigersons/Shamrocks 500 club draw tickets have been released, these tickets are a vital source of income for our club to pay for pitch maintenance, teams fees and the general running of our club.

 

- £100 a Ticket

- £10 per month for 10 Months

 

There is a draw at the end of each Month with £500 worth of Prizes, there is also a Grand draw in December with the top prize £5000! Throughout the year there is a total of £14,500 worth of prizes to be won.

 

We encourage all club members to buy a ticket and encourage as many people as possible to sell tickets. Standing Order is the preferred option. Contact any committee member, coach or adult player to purchase a ticket.

 

Adult Football;

Our Senior men have been drawn to play Galbally in the First Round on the Intermediate Championship in 2019.

 

Youth Football;

Sigersons ‘Have a Ball’ programme is back on each Tuesday night in Melvin Sports Complex, P1 & P2 from 6.15pm to 7pm, P3 & P4 from 7.15pm to 8pm. £2 Per Session, any coaches available are asked to be down for 6pm.

 

Our minor ladies were defeated 1-9 to 1-2 by Cappagh over the weekend, although it was a gallant & much improved performance by all girls we were defeated by Cappagh. The stand out players were Rebecca McConnell, Riley Neeson, Ellie-Jay McMenamin and Ella Stewart scored a great goal. Well done girls keep up the good work!

 

Our Under 14 boys have their first league game this Friday night at home to Fintona, throw in is 7.30pm, all support is much appreciated.

 

One of the major items of cost in running the Club is bus hire. Although it will not cover the total cost of the bus, we are asking all players to contribute £1 each when travelling on a bus to away games. Your cooperation would be appreciated.

 

Street Collection

The Club will be having a flag day in the town centre on Saturday April 6th (Grand National Day). This is an important fundraising day for the Club and we need your help. We are looking for volunteers for the street collection for 1-2 hours between 9 and 5. All teams will be expected to help out. Membership;

Club Membership for 2019 is now open and all members are urged to join as soon as possible. Due to GDPR all members need to complete a membership form that has been issued from Croke Park. These forms are available from the social club or from youth team managers.

Ulster Ladies are delighted to announce that applications are now available for Gaeltacht Scholarship 2019 We have six €250 scholarships available.
