Tyrone supersubs to be kept in reserve?

Mickey Harte has suggested that he'll be keeping his impact subs on the bench for Sunday's All-Ireland semi-final against Monaghan.

Lee Brennan, Kieran McGeary, Harry Loughran and Rory Brennan all impressed after coming off the bench during last weekend's historic victory over Donegal in Ballybofey, but they are unlikely to be rewarded with starting jerseys:

"There are people who didn't start the game who are worthy to be on the team but they are also big enough to play for the team and come in knowing that they're going to make a difference," Harte told The Irish News.

"If you started them, you wouldn't be sure that the people that you would be leaving off could come in and make the same impact. There are players who are good at that - obviously Kieran McGeary stands out as a really quality player at that particular role.

"But all the people we introduced gave us a contribution and that's all we wanted off them, something to make a difference."
