Kilkenny attacker Bill Sheehan has emerged as a doubt for Sunday week’s All-Ireland SHC final against Tipperary.
The Irish Independent reports that the Dicksboro clubman suffered a hamstring injury in training last week and could miss out on the showdown with Tipp at Croke Park.
Having impressed as a 46th minute substitute in the Cats’ semi-final win over Limerick, Sheehan’s absence would be a blow to manager Brian Cody’s plan as he plots his 12th Liam MacCarthy Cup success.
