Na Piarsaigh have resigned themselves to the fact that they will have to line out against Cuala in Saturday's All-Ireland Club SHC final minus the services of Conor Boylan and Tommy Grimes.
Club chairman Risteard O'Flaherty confirmed to the Irish Independent that the players - who both won All-Ireland U-21 medals last year - have accepted the decision of the Hearings Committee to uphold the one-match bans handed down to them following their semi-final dismissals against Slaughtneil.
Boylan was deemed to have "kicked with minimal force" while Grimes was sent off for "striking with a hurley, with minimal force".
They appeared in front of the Hearings Committee last week which didn't rule in their favour and they won't be taking their cases to the Central Appeals Committee.
