Galway manager Micheal Donoghue is not concerned by his side's performances in the league to date.

The Tribesmen have won all four of their clashes so far, without reaching anywhere near the form that they showed last year when claiming a league and championship double.

However, speaking to the Connacht Tribune, Donoghue stressed that he was pleased with the progress that they were making.

"I wouldn't say we were playing within ourselves, it is just where we are at the moment. We're striving to get up to the level where we were last year," said Donoghue.

"Hopefully that will come in time. I thought in patches we did ok (against Dublin)." He added: "We are back training and just pushing on for the next game.

"Nothing changes for us, it's still about getting the work in, getting the games, getting to the latter stages if we can and get ready for the championship."
