The news of the death of Hugh Kennedy was met with sadness in the Premier County and beyond. Hugh was an long time Chairman of the Tipperary Football Board and also served as Football Board PRO as well as being a former County Handball Board Secretary.
He was a County Minor Football selector for many years and lined out at every grade for his club Arravale Rovers. On behalf of the Tipperary County Board, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family. May he rest in peace.
