The late Tim Ryan
The death occurred suddenly on Monday 29th May, 2006, of Tim Ryan, Lower Monard.
Tim spent 36 years with Irish Rail and was a member of the local GAA and hurled with Solohead in his early years and had a great passion for horse racing.
His remains were removed from White's Funeral Parlour, Cappawhite to St. Nicholas Church, Solohead. Requiem Mass was celebrated by Fr. John Morris PP., Solohead/Oola assisted by Fr. Dick Browne PP., Cappawhite and Fr Anthony McSweeney CC., Pallasgreen. Internment took place in OOla cemetery. Sympathy is extended to his wife Peggy, son Tim, daughters Brenda and Majella, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters and grandchildren. May he rest in peace.
