Five changes for Premier County

Tipperary manager Eamon O'Shea has made five changes to his NHL final team.
Most notably, Portroe's Darren Gleeson has been named between the posts ahead of veteran netminder Brendan Cummins, while Kieran Bergin is handed his first senior intercounty start on one of the biggest days of the year.
Eoin Kelly, Gleeson, Paul Curran, Bergin and Conor O'Brien are all drafted into the Tipp XV that will travel to Nowlan Park to take on Kilkenny in the Division One final on Sunday.
Cummins, Paddy Stapleton, Donagh Maher, Jason Forde and Pa Bourke are the absentees from the side that defeated Dublin at the semi-final stage.
