Sligo County Board officials have met with Connacht Council and Croke Park delegates to discuss plans for a fundraising campaign.

The County board badly need to raise finances to ease their debt, which has been revealed at €1.5 million.

A number of fundraisers are expected to be held throughout the year, while Sligo gaels abroad will be approached for financial assistance. Tweet
