They are unwilling to move forward and change for the good of the game. I find the inconsistency of referee sin their interpretation of the rules abit off-putting WAYS OF IMPROVING THE GAME: The tackle in gaelic football needs to be defined much more clearly or perhaps a new tackle introduced. I would also like to see some type of training centre/course for referees.
