Home comfort for hurlers

May 23, 2013
Roscommon hurlers will be hoping to make home advantage count when they take on Tyrone in the Nicky Rackard Cup semi final at Athleague on Saturday afternoon.

Last weekend's seven-point win over Louth gave the Rossies a place in the semis where they will meet a Tyrone side that defeated the Wee County and Monaghan enroute to the semi final.

Roscommon lost to Donegal on the way to the last four, but the form of Gerry Fallon has helped get back on track.

If Fallon can get more help in the scoring stakes, then Seamus Qualter's charges should advance to the final in Croke Park.
