St Aidans GAA Club Notes

The Under 14 played Boyle in the League on Thursday evening last. The match was played in very bad weather conditions. At half time the sides were level at two points each. In the second half the Aidans lads mastered the conditions better and ran out winners on a score line of 3 - 7 to 0-04. Well done to all involved.Their next match is against Eire Og in Ballyforan on Thursday 23rd May. Check fixtures for confirmation.

The Senior team recorded an Excellent win against Kilbride in the first Round of the Senior Championship on a score line of 1-16 to 1-11 in a very entertaining game in Ballyforan on Sunday afternoon last. Well done to all involved. See match report for more details. Their next game is against Western Gaels in the second round of the Championship this Sunday evening in Frenchpark at 6:30pm. There was no winner of last weeks Parish Lotto Jackpot of €14.000. There were 3 match 3 winners. Numbers and winners were 2,5,14,17 Conor Coyle Four Roads, Michael Finneran Four Roads, Brian McGarry c/o Bridge House. Well done to all and thanks to everyone for your continued support. The Club will be Hosting its First ever Kellogg GAA Cúl Camp from the 22nd to 26th July. This is open to primary school Kids aged from 6 to 13 years of age. We will have all of the details in the coming weeks or you can visit www.gaa.ie/kelloggsculcamps for more details.

Roscommon GAA Members Draw: The Club has received its allocation of County Board fundraising tickets. Details of the twenty prizes are available on the the Roscommon GAA website, they include a top prize of €35,000. We encourage all club members and supporters to get behind this draw. Tickets are widely available from all Club officers. This year clubs who reach their sales targets will be entered into a draw for some excellent prizes, which include a top prize of €2,000.
