Championship: Our a game like a lot of games last weekend our game with Clann na Gael fell foul to the weather. We now focus on our second game against St Ronan's in Kilglass on Saturday next.

New Pitch: The club are delighted to announce that our pitch will be ready for our championship game this weekend. The goals are now up and the final preparations will be in place for the St Ronan's game. So let's hope the lads can be the fist team to get a win on the new pitch.

10k run & 5k walk: The club recently held our first 10k run & 5k walk. We had over 100 taking part in total for both events. Well done to all that took part and we look part to making it bigger and better next year.

Friday 31st: CJ's Bar - A night of Contempory, Country, Pop and Traditional Music along with Sean Nós Dancing. Music by Cormac Judge and special guests. Saturday 1st June: The Pauric Murphy Cup. Indoors: Demonstrations of Boxty Making / Pancakes / Brown Bread & Griddle Bread Making. Craft displays by Boird Tíre (Bread/Cheesse Boards etc. in Walnut, Beech, Oak),Demonstration in Basket Making by Naomh Padraig Handcrafts.
Sunday2nd: Walk on Sliabh Ban - Registration @ 10.30am Sunday Evening @ 6p.m. Pig on the Stick followed by music with Ray Lynam in the Kon-Tiki - €10 gains entry to all. Monday 3rd: Treasure Hunt throughout the Parish of Kilglass - Cash Prizes for Winners This is followed by results, refreshments and music with Hammer in Cox's Bar from 6 to 8p.m. Also, if anybody would like to set up a stall on Saturday 1st June promoting crafts or other items, please contact Noreen Corcoran on 086 / 1698455. This is a fun packed week-end for our Parish, and will only be successful with your help.
