Roscommon side St Brigid’s have re-appointed Benny O’Brien as their manager for the 2020 campaign.

A former player and manager of the club, O’Brien returns to the helm after five years away, during which time he has managed sides in Westmeath and Offaly.

O’Brien takes over from Ger Aherne Jnr and he brings a wealth of experience to the role having guided the club to the last of their five-in-a-row.

As part of Kevin McStay’s backroom team, O’Brien helped the club to the All-Ireland club title in 2013.
