Lotto: The Lotto was held on Sunday night last the numbers drawn were 1,9,23 & 30 there was no winner. Next weeks jackpot is €8,600.

Many thanks to all who support our Lotto and at present it is the clubs only source of income so anyone who wishes to purchase tickets can do so by contacting any Lotto seller or Committee member

 

Championship Draw: As part of Monaghan GAA roadmap return to play there will be a round robin championship format this year which is made up of 2 groups of 5 with the top 4 in each group playing each other in the Quarter Finals. On Monday night last Aughnamullen were drawn in Group 2 with Drumhowan, Toome, Scotstown and Clones to play,  with our first game pencilled for the weekend of the 2nd August

 

Reserves: The Reserves are also included in the Roadmap they will be included in the O Duffy Cup where all teams in Reserve 1A & 1B will be entered into 2 Groups of 6 with the top 3 in each sections reaching the Quarter Finals. Competition is due to start in mid September

 

Juvenile Competitions: Juvenile Competitions are due to start in the next few weeks and are as follows:

U17 Friday 17th July

U15 Thursday 23rd July

U13 Saturday 18th July

 

Booking of Fields: With competitions due to start shortly it is very important that fields are booked in plenty of time so any team wishing to book the field to contact Groundsman Ian Johnston on 0877974423.

 

Fundraiser: Well Done to all those who supported the Breast Cancer fundraiser "100kin30days" especially 4 local ladies Catriona Burgess,Majella O Sullivan, Sarah Fox and Joan Mc Nally who have undertaken this fundraiser they are definitely a credit and well done to all those who donated and raised money for this wonderful charity

 

Fundraiser: Local lotto seller and good supporter Patrick Geoghegan fundraising initiative is ongoing at present going  hope of raising some funds for the Solas Unit at St Oliver Plunkett NS Loughmourne which deals with local autistic children a very worthwhile cause. At present Patrick has become the new  "Grizzly Adams" of the community and it is said his family do not recognise him at present so please support this fundraiser.
